Provides Instructional System Design through the Department of Energy’s Pacific Northwest National Laboratory in providing instructor development for the program’s 63 partner countries to include instructor-led curricula, the implementation of Performance Support Tools and Job Aids, and consulting services for Training Program management. Provide trainers, supervisors, and lead trainers within partner countries with the knowledge and skills to effectively teach or manage the Nuclear Smuggling Detection and Deterrence (NSDD) Operator Training Course.
